Ingredients:
- Water (boiled 100°C)
- Brown Sugar Syrup
- Assam Black Tea (highly recommended)
- 250ml Milk (you can use vegan milk)
- Ice cubes
- Cooked Black boba (see video recipe)
Instructions:
- Brew 1 teaspoon of Assam Black Tea in 100°C hot water for about 3-5 minutes.
- Cover the bottom of your chosen cup with black boba. Put as much as you like!
- Add 20ml of brown sugar syrup into the cup
- Line the inner lip of the cup with 10ml brown sugar syrup to create a dripping pattern and to add more sweetness.
- Next, fill the cup with ice.
- Then, pour the Assam Black Tea into the cup- recommended 50ml.
- Fill the rest of the cup with milk and ta-dah! It is ready to drink!
Pro-tip:
Use a frothier to increase the creaminess of the drink.
